Design Archive

A curated archive of multidisciplinary design work spanning branding, illustration, UI/UX, and digital content. This collection highlights visual systems, typographic choices, and project outcomes shaped by both my creative intuition and technical understanding.

Gundome - App UX/UI Design

Tools: Figma, Indesign

A mobile e-commerce website concept for Gundome, an online store dedicated to Gundam plastic model kits. The project centred on layout and UX/UI design, with the goal of creating a shopping experience that feels clean and easy to navigate without sacrificing the enthusiasm of the hobby. The colour palette was kept deliberately minimal — a restrained set of greys, greens, and blues — so that the product packaging and imagery could do the heavy lifting visually. The shop category page uses a simple grid layout with clear pricing, stock availability indicators, and straightforward add-to-cart functionality, keeping the path from browsing to purchasing as short as possible. Individual product pages are structured to surface the most important information first, with expandable sections for descriptions, details, and assembly guides to avoid overwhelming the user.

Pet Brochure Design
The Atlas Project

Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign

A four-spread brochure exploring bold colour blocking, expressive pet photography, and a clean grid layout. Full-bleed imagery paired with warm red and yellow panels creates strong visual contrast, while playful paw and bone icons add personality. The design balances editorial structure with friendly, character-driven visuals, resulting in an engaging and accessible piece that showcases both storytelling and layout discipline.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Info Booklet Design

Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign

This booklet is a self-initiated editorial project produced entirely in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, showcasing my ability to take a concept from idea through to a fully finished, print-ready publication. The clean, minimal layout reflects deliberate design choices, with a black-and-white typographic structure that lets the card artwork breathe and speak for itself. Careful attention was given to image placement, caption styling, and overall page composition to ensure the content feels both readable and visually considered.

Shyun - Website Redesign

Tools: Adobe XD, Sketch

A full redesign of the Shyun Ramen Bar website, built to better reflect the restaurant's identity and make it easier for customers to engage with the brand. The goal was to move away from the previous design and create something that felt more considered — balancing clean, minimal layouts with warm tones and strong food photography to draw people in. Each page was designed with the user journey in mind, from the welcoming home page through to the menu, about, and booking pages. The menu page in particular required careful thought around visual hierarchy, using a mix of typography, imagery, and bilingual labelling to make the content easy to navigate while keeping it visually interesting. The booking and contact page was designed to be straightforward and frictionless, making it as easy as possible for customers to make a reservation or get in touch.

Design is History - Website Redesign

Tools: Adobe XD, Sketch

A redesign of Design is History, an archival website dedicated to exploring the history of graphic design and the designers who shaped it. The aim was to create a layout that felt fitting for the subject matter — structured and typographically considered, with a bold use of red and black that nods to the visual language of design history itself. The site is organised to guide users through featured designers, design types, and a historical timeline, making a dense archive feel approachable and easy to explore. Sections like the featured entries give prominent space to individual designers, while additional resources and a newsletter sign-up encourage deeper engagement with the content. The overall design balances an editorial feel with clean, functional layouts — appropriate for a site that doubles as both a personal archive and an educational tool for students learning about the history of graphic design.

Australian Animal Rescue - Website Redesign

Tools: Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator

A website redesign and merchandise branding project for Australian Animal Rescue (AAR), a non-profit, volunteer-run organisation founded in 2009 following the devastating Victorian bushfires. The design approach centred on creating something warm, approachable, and reflective of the heart behind the organisation — using a fresh teal palette and friendly typography to communicate trustworthiness and community spirit. The site was structured to clearly communicate AAR's mission while making key actions, like donating, as visible and accessible as possible. Beyond the website, extending the work into merchandise branding required thinking about how the visual identity could translate across physical products, ensuring consistency and recognisability whether someone encounters the brand online or in the real world. It's a project that required sensitivity to the organisation's values and audience, with design decisions made in service of a genuinely meaningful cause.
